Pixil Fighter Final

I'm not happy with how it turned out. My fighter image was to big, and when I shrunk it, it focused the pixils, so much of the texture was lost. I'm kinda angry I couldn't find a decent tutorial. All the ones I found told me the "what" to do, but not the "How" to do it. For now I'm sticking with this one, and once I get my bravado back I'll start again from scratch.
