A 12 layer mocha Torte. AKA: "Cake AMAZING!" and "The Behemoth."
The layers are comprised of:
-Two layers Sponge cake, drizzled in Coffee Syrup
-Two layers of Hazelnut Meringue
-Two layers of chocolate souffle
-Six layers of Chocolate, Mocha Butter Cream.
The outer layer is a Chocolate Ganache and is garnished with White Chocolate patterns (On top) and Pearls (on side), Candied Hazelnuts and Chocolate covered coffee beans.
